I have been painting for 25 years, an interest that began in high school, carried me through college and into my professional career. While not art related, the work I trained myself to do in the corporate world provided me with many opportunities to travel. Far from my home in Philadelphia, PA, I was able to see other cultures, lands of rugged beauty and experience things that touched all of my senses. Despite many rigid years of 9-5, the paintings I did when I came home to my studio became richer for all of these experiences.    

As you’ll see, my mediums are oil and acrylic and my subject matter ranges from traditional landscapes to colorful abstracts.

I am very involved with the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia where I have studied under Stuart Shils, Joe Sweeney, Larry Francis, John Horn, Robert Waddington, and Kassem Amoudi.
